Components of Lithium Cell Sorting Machine
Loading bin part
The loading mechanism discharge bin is made of bakelite with a special loading box. Feeding mechanism

Testing conveyor belt pulling mechanism
The conveyor belt mechanism is composed of conveyor belt and blocking mechanism, when the number of proximity sensors is ten. When the number of proximity sensors is ten, the OCV testing and sorting of the battery cells will begin. This OCV testing and sorting structure has two sets respectively on the left and right, so that there is no need to worry about downtime or material jamming.
Battery sorting robotic mechanism
It is mainly composed of screw mechanism and cylinder clamping mechanism. When the detection is completed, the robot goes down to suck the battery cells, this suction cell mechanism uses a magnet to suck because 18650 cells with electromagnetic can be sucked, so the robot goes down to suck up 11 cells at one time.
Sorting mechanism
After the cells are sucked up by the XY axis screw accurately put into each gear, and then transported out along the sorting belt line, there are 11 sorting belt lines, representing 11 gears of the cells, the cells are put into the material by 11 groups of suction material structure control, when the test cores are which gears to be placed on which belt line, at this time by the cylinder control magnet absorbed by the cores when the magnet is released, the cores will be dropped in which belt line to flow outward along the difference belt.
Battery cell receiving and picking up position
