Use and construction

 

 

(1) Choose the appropriate electrolyte according to the design performance requirements of the battery. (Note: High and low temperature performance cannot be taken into account at the same time)
(2) According to the design capacity of the battery, combined with the liquid absorption capacity of the positive and negative electrodes, the pole piece, and the diaphragm, the design injection volume is usually 3.5-4.5g/AH
(3) The dew point of the liquid injection environment (liquid injection room/glove box) is required to be below -40td.
(4) All utensils (infusion tubes, beakers, syringes, glass rods, etc.) in contact with the electrolyte must be dried before use. Before the formal injection every day, the electrolyte remaining in the pipeline must be discharged to allow normal injection.
(5) The electrolyte is colorless and transparent. During the production process, if the electrolyte is found to be yellow or with other colors through visual inspection, immediately test whether the free acid and moisture of the electrolyte exceed the standard. (Free acid ≤50ppm, moisture ≤20ppm)
(6) The electrolyte in small bottles should be used up as much as possible after opening the package. It can only be stored in an environment with a moisture content of ≤1%.
(7) If the electrolyte is accidentally sprayed on the human body, wash it with clean water immediately; go to the hospital for treatment after serious washing.
