ACEY-PS6 Prismatic Battery 6 Channels Automatic Sorting Machine is designed for sorting and matching prismatic battery cells in battery manufacturing and pack assembly. It integrates belt conveyor feeding, automatic testing, result-based sorting, and collection, with a front infeed and rear outfeed layout for convenient material handling. The machine features 5 OK channels and 1 NG channel to separate qualified batteries from defective cells according to configured sorting criteria. It also supports test data analysis and storage, with optional internal resistance testing and MES integration for battery identification, data traceability, and production quality management.
