Pressure reducing valve regulation

Pressure reducing valve is the key equipment for controlling gas flow. By adjusting the opening of the pressure reducing valve, you can change the flow of gas into the glove box.
In the regeneration system, two pressure reducing valves of the main table and the secondary table are usually set up to meet the needs of different flow control.

Flow meter monitoring

The flowmeter is used to monitor the gas flow in real time to ensure that the gas flow is within the set range.

Automatic control system adjustment

Manual adjustment and intervention
