1. The workflow of the machine is as follows: manual loading at the front-end station → automatic identification and positioning → automatic bonding → manual unloading (with workpieces flowing into the back-end station).

The machine is mainly composed of a frame assembly, an XYZC feeding assembly, an automatic feeding mechanism, a wire feeding mechanism, a jig positioning and pressing assembly, a welding head mechanism, and a control console.The XYZC module adopts a precision ball screw drive, boasting a distance repeat positioning accuracy of less than ±0.02mm and an angle positioning accuracy of ±1°.
