It has truly realized the full automation of China's thick aluminum wire bonding machine.
Compared with conventional welding processes, ultrasonic aluminum wire bonding generates minimal thermal impact, making it ideal for heat-sensitive battery components and high-performance power electronics. The system integrates precision motion control, intelligent vision positioning and programmable bonding parameters to achieve consistent production quality in automated manufacturing environments. Ultrasonic wedge bonding is widely adopted for aluminum wire interconnections because of its reliability, flexibility, and suitability for power electronics.
