The ACEY-3740A Automatic Wire Bonding Machine is designed for high-precision aluminum wire bonding in lithium battery pack manufacturing. It combines digital ultrasonic technology, automatic frequency tracking, machine vision positioning and servo motion control to achieve fast, reliable and consistent wire bonding. Compared with traditional welding methods, ultrasonic wire bonding offers greater flexibility, lower heat input and easier quality verification for battery pack production.
The machine is suitable for cylindrical, prismatic and customized battery modules, making it an ideal solution for EV batteries, energy storage systems (ESS), UAV battery packs and other high-performance lithium battery applications.
