ACEY-BP32-50A120A BMS Tester is designed to test battery management systems (BMS) for lithium-ion, LiFePO4, and lithium cobalt oxide batteries. It supports up to 32 series cells and provides comprehensive testing of overcharge, overdischarge, overcurrent, short-circuit protection, voltage recovery, protection delay, internal resistance, self-consumption current, and cell balancing performance. With adjustable cell voltage simulation, programmable test cycles, and charging and discharging current control, the tester enables flexible verification of BMS protection functions. RS232 communication, Excel test data export, event logging, and an available MES interface support test data collection, traceability, and integration into battery pack production and BMS quality inspection processes.
