Product Description
ACEY-BCT560-64P Battery Cell Testing Machine is designed for high-precision charge and discharge testing of prismatic lithium-ion battery cells. Equipped with durable alligator clamp fixtures, the system provides stable electrical contact for batteries with different terminal structures, making it suitable for R&D laboratories, pilot production, and battery manufacturing lines.
Unlike conventional battery cyclers, this model incorporates regenerative energy technology that feeds discharge energy back into the power grid, significantly reducing operating costs while maintaining excellent testing accuracy. Independent channel control allows each cell to run its own testing program, making the equipment ideal for capacity grading, cycle life evaluation, quality inspection, and production verification.
