The ACEY-8000T is a high-current battery spot welding machine designed for cylindrical battery pack assembly. It uses an 8000A transistor welding power supply to weld nickel or nickel-plated steel strips onto cylindrical lithium-ion cells with stable and controllable welding performance.
The machine is compatible with popular cylindrical cell formats including 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650, 32700, 32140 and 33140. Its gantry structure provides a flexible working area for manual battery pack positioning, making it suitable for battery pack prototyping, small-batch production, maintenance and customized battery assembly.
