ACEY-SS11 Automatic Battery Sticking and Sorting Machine (2-in-1) is a highly integrated solution designed for cylindrical lithium battery production lines. It combines insulation paper sticking and battery sorting functions into one system, enabling fully automated processing from cell feeding to classification and insulation application.
This machine is suitable for cylindrical battery cells such as 18650, 21700, 26650, and 32650, and is capable of automatically applying insulating barley paper or PVC pads to the positive and negative terminals while simultaneously sorting cells based on voltage and internal resistance. With a compact structure, stable performance, and PLC-controlled operation, the system significantly improves production efficiency, reduces labor costs, and ensures consistent product quality.
