ACEY-ASM-1 sleeve labeling equipment adopts the whole box automatic feeding method. After the equipment is reset and started, it will continue to run automatically. During the intermittent motion stop section, the cells are positioned by the cylinder positioning clamp, and the heat shrink tubes are automatically put on the cells through the servo feeding system. After entering the next station, the insulation gaskets are automatically punched out during the intermittent stop section and placed in the heat shrink tubes. The cells shrink in the heat shrink furnace and then the cells are discharged through the unloading position.

7. The fan adopts hot air internal circulation mode, the temperature is automatically adjusted, and the temperature difference is low.
8. The cells automatically rotate when they enter the heat shrinking furnace to ensure uniform shrinkage and good roundness.
9. The cells stay in the furnace for a short time and does not affect the performance of the thermistor PTC.
10. The speed of the cells conveyor belt is adjustable and can be adjusted at different speeds.
