ACEY-BA10060-8 Battery Aging Machine is an 8-channel energy feedback battery aging and charge-discharge testing machine designed for battery pack aging, capacity verification, and performance evaluation. It supports battery packs with a charging voltage range of 0–100V, a discharging voltage range of 10–100V, and adjustable charge and discharge currents up to 60A per channel, with a maximum continuous power of 6000W per channel. The system supports CCCV and CC charging, CC and CP discharge modes, programmable multi-step cycling, real-time data monitoring, and optional MES integration. It is suitable for testing lithium-ion, lithium iron phosphate, lead-acid, NiMH, and NiCd battery packs.
