This battery testing system is engineered for evaluating the performance of button cells and small polymer batteries. It offers 160 independent test channels rated at 5V and 50mA, and features a four‑layer sample rack capable of accommodating up to 160 batteries at once. The built‑in testing chamber provides a 200L internal volume and maintains precise temperature control across a range of 0 to 60°C, with fluctuations held within ±0.5°C. Designed for seamless integration, the system supports networked control and connectivity while incorporating comprehensive safety protections-making it well suited for laboratory battery testing applications.
