ACEY-SM300 aluminum /copper Foil slitting machine is suitable for precision slitting of positive and negative electrode sheets used in lithium-ion batteries. It operates using a chip‑feeding mechanism with upper and lower circular blades driven by an electric motor. The slit width can be adjusted by setting the spacing between the blade spacers.

- Precision positioning and cutting system: The equipment is equipped with adjustable guiding devices to achieve precise feeding positioning; it adopts an electric roller shearing cutting method, and the upper and lower knife discs operate synchronously at the same speed, ensuring high cutting accuracy and operational reliability.
- Safety and Maintenance Design: An acrylic protective cover is installed in the cutting area to ensure operational safety. The knife disc is fixed in an open structure, facilitating the quick disassembly and replacement of the knife disc.
- Process adjustability and adaptability: The cutter head's bite volume can be adjusted to meet the cutting requirements of different materials. Combined with the adjustment of the cutter head spacing, it can further adapt to various cutting width requirements.
