Product Description
The ACEY-PCT540-128 Polymer Battery Cell Formation Equipment is designed for the formation and capacity grading processes of battery cells. It performs comprehensive testing of key parameters such as voltage and capacity. Based on the results, the system facilitates battery grading, data analysis, and the upload and sharing of test data.
Features
- Each channel operates independently with its own dedicated constant current and constant voltage source, ensuring stable and shock-free performance. The system incorporates an 8-channel programmable control module for precise regulation.
- Controlled by an APM32 microcontroller, the lithium-ion cell tester can be connected to a computer for full test data and curve storage. It also features a built-in keyboard for direct operation, allowing complete test setup and sorting procedures to be performed directly on the device.
- The system monitors and displays the status of each battery in real time. Should any abnormality be detected, the corresponding channel will automatically halt operation and activate an indicator light.
- Equipped with power-off protection, the unit can resume its original workflow and continue running seamlessly after power is restored.
- Utilizing field-effect transistors (FETs) in its power stage, the tester is well-suited for testing batteries with lower discharge voltages, such as lithium iron phosphate cells.
- The graphical operation interface is intuitive and clear, simultaneously displaying battery voltage, current, time, capacity, and other parameters. Different colors can be assigned to indicate corresponding operational statuses and abnormal conditions.
- It achieves high measurement accuracy of 0.05%, records data at 1-second intervals, and delivers highly stable performance.
