ACEY-PCT540-128 Pouch cell lithium ion battery formation equipment is mainly used to test the voltage, capacity and other parameters of the battery formation/capacity grading section, and carries out grade classification, data analysis, upload and sharing of the battery according to the test results.

 

Product Features

 

1. Single-point independent, each battery has a completely independent constant current and constant voltage source, stable and shock-free. It adopts 8-channel program-controlled constant current and constant voltage control module.
2. The lithium ion cell tester adopts APM32 microcontroller control, connected by the computer work, can save all the test data and curves, can also be operated directly through the equipment keyboard board, set the process to complete the test and sorting.
3. Real-time detection and display of the status of each battery, if abnormal, will stop the channel work and the indicator light is on.
4. Has a power-down protection function, after the incoming call can be connected to the original workflow to continue to run.
5. Power tube using field effect tube, suitable for lower voltage discharge batteries, such as lithium iron phosphate batteries.
6. Adopts graphical operation interface, intuitive and clear, at the same time display the battery voltage, current, time, capacity and other data and can be set in different colors to display the corresponding work status and abnormal conditions.
