Developed for lithium battery PACK manufacturing, the ACEY-CLW4000W is a 4000W high-power cantilever galvo fiber laser welding machine designed to weld aluminum, copper, nickel, and other highly reflective materials. By combining precision galvanometer scanning, servo motion control, and continuous fiber laser technology, it achieves fast, low-spatter, and high-strength welds.
This equipment is widely used in EV battery modules, energy storage battery packs, busbar and battery tab welding, as well as a range of precision metal joining applications.
