ACEY-BCT560-64P Battery Cell Testing Machine is designed for lithium battery cell capacity testing, grading and cycle life testing. Equipped with 64 independent testing channels and two-way AC/DC energy feedback technology, each channel supports independent charging and discharging control with constant current and constant voltage operation. The equipment provides high measurement accuracy of up to 0.05% and supports charging and discharging currents from 120mA to 60A. During discharge, battery energy can be fed back to the factory AC power network, reducing power consumption by more than 40% compared with traditional equipment and achieving a comprehensive power-saving rate of over 60%, helping battery manufacturers reduce operating costs.
