ACEY-ASM18650 Automatic Battery PVC Film Stripping Machine is developed for the rapid and safe removal of PVC and PE insulating sleeves from cylindrical lithium battery cells. The system integrates automatic feeding, cell positioning, film stripping, waste collection and conveyor discharge into a fully automated process, significantly reducing manual labor and improving processing efficiency.
Designed for battery recycling plants, cell refurbishment facilities and battery pack manufacturers, the machine helps prepare cylindrical cells for inspection, grading, repacking and secondary utilization.
