ACEY-HSM5035C PVC Heat Shrinking Machine is designed for the final packaging stage of lithium battery pack production. It uses hot-air circulation to shrink PE, POF, PVC, and PP films around battery packs, providing a neat and secure outer wrap. With an effective working area of 400 × 300 mm and an adjustable conveyor speed of 0–15 m/min, it accommodates different battery pack sizes and packaging requirements. The machine features stainless steel heating elements, adjustable tunnel temperature, and automatic electrical fault alarms, making it suitable for integration into lithium battery PACK assembly lines.
